Our Security and Investigations teams were asked by the senior leadership of a multinational client to provide timely support in the aftermath of a vehicle raid.

The incident demonstrated indicators of prior planning and reconnaissance, resulting in a loss of over €60,000 in theft and damages.

Additionally, the incident necessitated a review of the clients’ existing hostile vehicle mitigation measures to deter repeat attempts.

The process

Our consultants engaged with the client’s risk management team on the morning of the incident to discuss options for rapidly deployable hostile vehicle mitigation.

A physical site visit was conducted shortly after with members of both the security and investigations teams, including a comprehensive site inspection and CCTV review to determine likely adversary methods in the event of a repeat attempt.

The visit was later followed up with a full site report containing prioritised recommendations and specific guidance on hostile vehicle mitigation.
