Max Richardson

Max is experienced in providing high-level decision support during active incidents, as well working with client teams on the development of effective operational security procedures and strategic planning guidance. Throughout client engagements, he works hard to present senior leaders with a comprehensive understanding of the intent and capability of threat actors, the vulnerabilities of the organisation and a clear path to risk reduction.

Previous to AnotherDay, Max spent four years in Military Intelligence, providing in-depth risk analysis and decision-support during high tempo operations, to senior military, government and intelligence services stakeholders - including service in Afghanistan. In this role his drive, enthusiasm and insight earned him a Queen’s Commendation for Valuable Service (QCVS).

At AnotherDay, Max plays a key role within the crisis and security team, supporting our senior consultants with threat and risk analysis and helping to develop effective mitigation strategies across physical, cyber, and specialist risk areas.
