OSINT enquiries to support well-known TV personality

When:
2024
Where:
UK
Services involved:
Litigation Support

Our investigations team was instructed to conduct OSINT to support a high-profile client in legal proceedings.

This involved impartially researching all individuals involved in the matter and providing factual information to the legal team, alongside continued monitoring of social media accounts, news outlets, and online forums.

The process

Our team utilised their deep understanding of OSINT and conducted extensive open and closed-source research on the individuals involved, in combination with utilising social media analytical tools.

This investigation also required continued active monitoring of social media platforms, news outlets, and any other publicly available information online.

Given the notoriety of the client and the sensitive nature of the case, it was imperative to ensure research was discreet, factual, and kept confidential.

Continued monitoring ensured that both the law firm and the client remained up to date with the most recent and accurate intelligence picture.

We were also able to provide reverse due diligence on the client alongside the other individuals involved in the matter, providing the law firm with as much information as possible.
